Hebrew - Pronominal suffixes with nouns
Pronominal suffixes are shortened forms of personal pronouns, and may be attached directly to prepositions, particles, nouns or verbs. They are only ever added to nouns in the construct state, so that 'my word' is strictly 'word-of-me'. They are always treated as definite but - as in the case of the construct state on its own - never take the definite article. Any accompanying adjective will take the definite article.
